Bring your shoes to our Elwood shop at 118 Ormond Rd, Elwood (Monday to Friday, 2–5pm) on your chosen drop-off date. We professionally clean them using our specialised machine-cleaning process and apply a UV-assisted finish. The whole process typically takes 24–48 hours after drop-off. Collect your fresh shoes from our shop when cleaning is complete. Pickup and delivery are temporarily unavailable.
Standard cleaning starts from $15 per pair for 1–2 pairs, $12.50 per pair for 3–5 pairs, and $10 per pair when booking 6 or more pairs. Deep, Deep Plus and Ultra Deep cleans are priced higher per tier. There is no transport fee while we operate shop-only. Join FreshPass for regular cleaning at discounted rates.

Our target turnaround is 24–48 hours after collection. We pick up on scheduled collection days (typically Mondays and Wednesdays) and return your shoes on scheduled delivery days (typically Tuesdays and Thursdays). Shop drop-off and collection is available Monday to Friday, 2–5pm.

After machine cleaning, every pair undergoes our signature UV-assisted drying stage. This uses targeted UV light to help eliminate germs and bacteria, supporting a more hygienic finish for your footwear.
Not all footwear is suitable for machine washing. We inspect every pair before cleaning and will let you know if your shoes require specialist assessment. Delicate materials or heavily damaged footwear may need alternative care.
